  • Gary spent the early part of his real estate career representing landlords. Mr. Waddell leased two major suburban Atlanta developments, Palisades and The Concourse Office Park.
  • In 1985 and 1986 he leased One Atlantic Center, a 50 story building in the Midtown market. Gary helped the building achieve 80% occupancy by completion of construction.
  • Since 1987, he has been with Cushman & Wakefield specializing in representing tenants in their lease negotiations and office space problems.

  • Gary brings a unique perspective to his expertise, having years of experience in representing major Atlanta office projects and also the past 19 years representing tenants.
  • Gary was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky and is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he played on the basketball team.
